Shipping and Delivery

Local Delivery

For orders local to our retail store we offer home delivery.  All orders placed before 2PM will be delivered the same day (Monday-Friday).  Orders after 2PM will be delivered the following business day.


We ship to anywhere in the USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We are committed to serving the needs of our customers. As your satisfaction is extremely important to us, please first carefully review the below outlined information, and then contact our Customer Service Department based on these instructions so that we may promptly address your needs.

Due to the strict corporate health policy we have in place for the protection of our customers, once any e-juice bottles have been opened they cannot be returned for a refund since we cannot re-distribute such opened product to other customers. Replacement of product, therefore, is your exclusive remedy.

Subject to the above, in the event that you need to submit a return, please simply follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package your return items, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#. Mail any product returns to the following address:

3. Once our Customer Service Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement and/or refund.

Please note that only original and unopened packages are entitled to a refund, less shipping fees incurred, provided that a request for refund is made to our Customer Service Department, along with shipment of product to the above indicated address within 30 days from your purchase date.
